TERM AND CONDITIONS LOMBOK RENTAL

 Term and Conditions for Rental House / Villa :

1.	Registration All Guest in Indonesia / Lombok need to be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of your arrival time in Lombok, just simple procedure and involves the following: - Our Staf will take your photocopy of your passport - filled out & signed the registration form for each guest - These document will be taken to the village registration office
2.	Booking & Cancellation All related reservations will be automatically processed if you have filled reservation / booking form out in details and will be responded no later than 24 hours. If any alterations made on your reservation form and you have the rights to keep us posted on it immediately.
3.	Traveller’s Documents Every Visitor to come to Indonesia should require a relevant & updated Visa to enter the country and should hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designed date of departure and Visitor need to confirm to have either return through tickets for the onward journey.
4.	Liability Lombok Rental shall have responsibility or liability for any damages on your computer caused by viruses that infecting during the e-mail or data transmission between the users and LombokRental dot com . Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software.
5.	Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa/house property or for any extra charges incurred. We will ask you to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure. Guests shall not bring drugs or any other prohibited items to the villa/house property or engage in any illegal activities while staying in the rental property. Furthermore, guests are not allowed to produce extensive noise levels and shall respect the privacy of other guests and next door neighbors.
6.	Indemnification Lombok Rental and users (travelers to Lombok) shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against any claims, demands, including – without limitation – reasonable legal and accounting fees as a result of your use of material in our website, including software, or your violation of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of the information or the availability or quality of products provided by the third parties.
7.	Force Majeure Force Majeure will be applicable in case of includes war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other unavoidable events beyond Lombok Rental's control.
8.	Law of Agreement If legal action should be taken related to the agreement regulated here, it must comply with the Law of The Republic of Indonesia.
9.	Payment Method Lombok Rental dot com does not charge any down payment to the users unless specifically regulated by the hotel/villa/house. The payment should be made 50 % by wire transfer and balance should be paid upon arrival in Lombok to Lombok Rental representative that will issue an official receipt and this deposit is not refundable.
10.	Deposit and Payment: - 50% when confirmed booking during low season and 100% during high season - 25% 60 days before arrival date - 25% 30 days before arrival date
11.	Additional Terms and Conditions Lombok Rental dot com acts as an agent of service providers that may have own terms and conditions other than aforementioned here. Therefore, additional terms and conditions shall be applied whenever necessary and you are agreeing to bear such terms and conditions.
12.
