indigenously produced material. It containes antique
ornaments, traditional textiles and modern wooden
furniture's. Large windows and sliding doors
open on to a garden thus providing natural
ventilation and a life out of doors. You will also
enjoy tropical nature from the bathrooms, some of
them being partially covered. Each bedroom and
villas offers spacious interior and exterior areas
where you can appreciate a peaceful and serene
ambience

Our Rates are
inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 4- 6 people, welcome drink upon arrival, and
fruit basket upon arrival
2. Of for Government tax & service charges
3. Airport returns transfer for 4-6
people/car
4. Minimum stay should be 2 nights during
low season and 3 nights during high and peak
season
Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on
cancellation received by us 10 days prior to
arrival date and for cancellation received
less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable for
government tax & service charge will be
applied and in event of no show or on same
day cancellation notice is subject to full
amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the
entire value of the booking will be applied
for all cancellation less than 30 days of
arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment
system and therefore your booking is
automatically confirmed with confirmation
number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to
check-out earlier than the reservation made
and if the voucher is
issued
