Completed in
2009, the environment has played a big part
in building Villa Tiara. The villa is using
atmospheric LED lights, solar powered water
heaters, and a large tropical garden that
blends in with the natural environment
surrounding the villa.
The villa is centered around the infinity
edge private swimming pool of 12x7 sqm,
which is facing towards the neighboring Bali
island, providing you with one of the most
stunning views and sunset you will ever see.
The living area of the villa is spacious,
including a TV lounge area, a great dining
area and a private kitchen for those who
want to explore their cooking skills. All
three bedrooms have king sized beds, iPod
docking stations, private bathrooms with
en-suite bath tubs and indoor/outdoor
showers.

Our Rates are
inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 4-6 people, butler
service, welcome drink upon arrival, fruit basket upon arrival
2. Of for Government tax & service charges

4. Minimum stay should be 2 nights during
low season and 3 nights during high and peak
season

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on
cancellation received by us 10 days prior to
arrival date and for cancellation received
less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable for
government tax & service charge will be
applied and in event of no show or on same
day cancellation notice is subject to full
amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the
entire value of the booking will be applied
for all cancellation less than 30 days of
arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment
system and therefore your booking is
automatically confirmed with confirmation
number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to
check-out earlier than the reservation made
and if the voucher is
issued
