Our Rates are inclusive:

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged
on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 10 days
prior to arriva 1 (one) night room
charge plus applicable 21% for
government tax & service charge will be
applied and in event of no show, 50%
room nights reserved to charged plus
applicable 21% for Government tax &
service charge will be apllied
During High & Peak Season (From 15th
July to 15th September, 20th December to
10th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to
the entire value of the booking will be
applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking
Confirmation.
1. We are so pleased to work on
pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you
have done the wire transfer to our
account .
2. No refund will be made if you decide
to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
